'Twasn't so bad...

I had a tough time sleeping without her and everything in Wasau lacked sparkle. But I didn't become all breakdowny, I-miss-my baby, boo-hoo-hoo. And by all accounts she had a fabulous time with Nana and Grandpa. So let's say it went well. Certainly better than expected.

When we got to the hotel in Indianapolis, Dave and my folks went to dinner and I stayed in with la bambina. I tell you, That girl is matzoh ball soup for my soul.
